Chartered Physiotherapist Teaching Pilates in Bearsted

The one to one appointment before my course of classes really helped me learn the correct technique....As Hilary is a physiotherapist, she was able to reassure me regarding my back paroblem and this gave me the confidence to go on and get the most out of my classes.
C.M. (Busy mum and Hilary's Pilates client).

Hilary is a chartered physiotherapist local to Bearsted near Maidstone in Kent, and has been working both privately and on the national health service for the last 15 years.

Hilary has been teaching Pilates for the last three years; with her expert communication skills, anatomical knowledge and medical background she is ideally suited to making sure you perform your exercises correctly, safely and efficiently.

With the advent of more and more research into back pain, abdominal surgery and also women's and men's health conditions, greater emphasis has been placed on the importance of both maintaining, and also strengthening core muscles to help prevent and also recover from a variety of health events. Pilates has been shown to be a great help to achieve this, particularly when taught by a qualified instructor.
