We have both attended Hilary’s classes for several years and find the exercises and relaxation very beneficial both physically and mentally. The classes are relaxed and fun, and we do enjoy being able to attend as a couple. There are several couples in our class, so we feel right at home! Hilary gives clear instructions and always offers different levels of exercises, and alternatives, to cater for all abilities. I don’t know what I would do without Hilary! I’ve never felt so pleased with my progress before finding Hilary. After radiotherapy for prostate cancer I was advised to try Pilates in order to strengthen my lower abdominal muscles. I have attended Hilary’s classes for almost two years and these have greatly improved my core strength, flexibility and general physical fitness. Hilary’s classes are friendly, well structured and suitable for all ages and levels of experience and although they can be challenging in parts, Hilary encourages everyone to work to their own abilities and always provides alternate options to suit all.
